Our Refund & Returns Policy
At MULNURA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Your Right to Cancel
For online orders in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item — no reason needed. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation or once we have received the goods back, whichever is sooner.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mulnura.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, UK consumer law gives you stronger rights — including a possible refund, repair, or replacement. Faulty items may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, and refunds will be issued without undue delay once agreed.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
