Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): £3.99
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £7.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. MULNURA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
